Cool Mopars in the South Hall lower floor at SEMA

Mopar Alley at SEMA

New Challengers at SEMA 2009, here are (all of) the new inspiring customizing concepts brought to SEMA!

Some are Barracuda concepts, but they make the case that customizing is the way to make the car you want when the big three don't. 1971 Barracuda grill, and gills. Love them Looks like a '73 TA snorkel scoop The variety of hood scoops was present, and gives us options to appreciate

The coolest Demon I've seen... wow. Lots of perfectly executed subtle mods, like the mini tubs! The ghost stripes!

Previously posted about here: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/03/72-dodge-demon-built-by-aaron-at-viau.html Above... proof that Mopars are awesome? Look up.... at the sunglint in the photo just below the front of the car, it's in the shape of the Mopar Pentagram (which coincidentally is how Demons are conjured!) the young woman above is restoring a similar Duster great placement of gauges

Interior shots from cars at the Mopar show

I think the design shape of this steering wheels spokes is great

Banner possiblities from the Mopar show photos

If you have a moment, could you tell me which one you like the most? I have 3 posts just showing the banner photos, and might just have one permanently instead of switching it frequently... from this link: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/05/my-favorite-banner-photos-top-of-this.html or my previous collection of favorites http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/09/

San Diego Mopar annual car show in Carlsbad

Have you ever seen a horn that works by the exhaust gases? It's a first for me.

Demon from south of the border in LaMesa

I've never seen this gas cap before... is it the normal one for a Demon? I don't know, it wasn't on mine A couple of other Demons that I posted before don't have this gas cap: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/03/72-dodge-demon-built-by-aaron-at-viau.html and http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2008/05/coolest-demon-ive-ever-seen.html

Escondido weekly Friday afternoon cruise and car show

Crusin Grand at Escondido, had a big variety of cruisers, mostly Mopars

Just like Peter Fonda's bike in Easy Rider Carrera GT.... lotsa dough to pay for that, good thing it makes it out of the garage for a cruise! 1960 Ford truck Yeah, putting the R/T emblem on the grill is really tacky. Great car, and looks better w/o the R/T emblem Both the above and below photos were posted because of the other cars in the photos This is one great looking blue... the camera

1925 Dodge

Great mopar ads of 1967-68

the Mod Top that is rarely seen on Mopars from the late 60's... a marketing idea that was indicative of the 60's "Flower Power" hippy generation
