Barracuda paint colors, the best kind of display I think, on the vehicle

Both of the above are from Nik's blog http://carrosantigos.wordpress.com/2009/08/23/plymouth-colors/ , how he finds such astonishing images only he will ever know! A higher definition image is here: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/07/1970-rapid-transit-brochure-located-in_28.htmlthe above can be seen as part of the 1970 Barracuda brochure: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/06/1970-

TerraCuda by Foose at SEMA for a second year, in the Pirelli Booth

In last years post I have a bit of information about the Foose Terracuda: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/01/terracuda-by-foose.html

Be Bop at SEMA, nice touches of paint

The "wow" works of House of Kolor artists at their SEMA booth

The Zoot Zooter, 1937 Packard convertible. Looks a lot better than original packards for the most part, I like the lack of hood ornament, and the addition of the bumperettes on the bottom of the front fenders. The reflections of red worked out well along the curves of this custom... I bet it must be beautiful if photograhed in a studio!

One beautiful deuce... lousy lighting, I wish these photos showed how gorgeous the paint was

Spray on chrome, a new process of painting vehicles

Killer Kreations; the Horror Bike, the Reaper Bike, and the Pirate Busa... all painted by one artist, Fred Sicoli in Philadelphia

Akira's Camaro

You've gotta be quite attached to your car to get a flame and Chevy bowtie tattooed on your arm! But click over to this for a full gallery of Akira's Camaro loaded and unloaded and driving around... it's worth it! http://hotstylecustoms.sblo.jp/category/807664-1.htmlAnother here: http://speedhunters.com/archive/2009/11/12/car-spotlight-sema-09-gt-gt-akira-s-jdm-camaro.aspx

cool paint, it seems to me that some of the best custom paintwork is airbrushed onto motorcycles

The last La Mesa cruise night of the summer of 2009

A look around at the small main drag that everyone cruises The bikers always line up on this street I found it cool that this VW doesn't have a back window 1929 Cord These two Caddys are always in front of Sanfilippos 1956 Empi sportster before fiberglass The Sanfilippos Stude has a happy driver There were about 4 split window vettes Terrific color I noticed the fender skirts on this Galaxie

A unique '40 Chev custom... it has a 60's era car show touch, the full tool set on display in the trunk, and a unique speedometer modification

San Diego's Embarcadero park is a great car show location, and has several different car shows every year

The show was started off with the National Anthem. I don't know why they did this at 1030, it would be perfect at 8am, like every other playing of the National Anthem around America... anyway, the Marines looked sharp. What is Trunk Monkey? Here: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2008/01/my-readers-and-friends-time-of-trunk.html very funny! last years Embarcadero car show: http://

Sweetly scalloped and pinstriped
